Do you look at the societal breakdown around you and wonder how you can be a force of love in this broken world? Perhaps you are overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin. One thing is certain – we cannot let the flow of kindness and compassion pour forth unless we first open our hearts to the sacred wellspring offered freely by the divine presence that is Love itself.
In this day of contemplative reflection, Monique Keffer will invite you to experience a variety of spiritual practices designed to open your heart gently, and then send you forth to keep your spirit alive with resources to continue the practices at home. You will also have the opportunity to experience life-giving community and fellowship with like-minded spiritual seekers. Consider this day your beginning toward being an overflowing vessel of love.
