Self-Compassion Practice: A Guided Meditation Experience

Self-Compassion is a crucial part of self-care and healing. Yet it’s often so much easier to offer compassion to others than it is to offer to ourselves. The voice in our head often sounds drastically different and harsher than what we would say to someone else.

Spiritual director Gina Norman will lead participants through an online, self-compassion guided meditation. Gina hopes sharing this meditation practice that she created will help you get started on your own path to being gentler, kinder, and more understanding, patient, and loving toward yourself.

A time for reflection and sharing will follow the guided meditation practice.

Cost: $20

A zoom link will be provided prior to January 10.
