I completed the Sacred Ground Center for Spirituality Spiritual Direction Certification Program in 2010. Completion of the Extended Ignatius Exercises are a part of the requirements to be certified with Sacred Ground. To be accessible for referrals, I am listed with Spiritual Directors International and Sacred Ground as a Spiritual Director. I consider it a privilege and an honor to hold sacred space for someone who is being intentional in their relationship with God/the Divine which ultimately impacts the world around them. During my seminary journey is when I was introduced to the spiritual discipline of spiritual direction. My experience of participating in spiritual direction lead me to see how valuable this ministry is to my spiritual growth. Therefore, when the opportunity presented itself to me to become a certified spiritual director, there was no doubt in my mind this was the right path for me. Know that the Holy Spirit is the true Director and is ever present guiding the session(s) with the directee and director in this safe space as we listen for the voice of God/The Divine.

My special interest is offering spiritual direction to all who desire it and to take every opportunity to tell those who may not be aware of this great ministry work that is available via spiritual direction. I feel God has called me to this work and part of this work is specifically is to share with other cultures, ethnicities, genders, etc so that all who desire have the opportunity to experience this work in their lives.
